"What lies behind us

and what lies before US

are tiny matters compared to

what lies within us."

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Dear Class of 2005,

After eighteen years, we have learned what is obvious to a child,
that life is simply a collection of little lives, each lived one day at a
time.

2005 marks a crossroads in the journey of these little lives.
Here, we stand together at our most hungry and here, we stand
together at our most full. Here, we stand together waving red and
white capes, locking eyes with bulls. Our faces are bathed in sunlight
and the things that lie in the shadows beyond us are hidden from
sight.

Tomorrow is a new day. Look past the bulls and into yourself.
How are you going to fill it? More importantly, how will you make it
end? Before embarking on your journey into the future, accept this
book of words and pictures as a journey into us, the Hingham High
School Class of 2005.

Best of Luck.

7:23 A.M.

Jenny is fast
asleep... and
twenty-three
minutes late

for her
before-school
Calculus lab.

A 8:03 A.M.

It has been three minutes
since class officially

started. Even early in the

morning, Andy is a

dilligent worker.

10:42 A.M.

Finally, third period

has arrived. Is Kate

thinking hard about

what to write, or

daydreaming? You

decide.

11:29 A.M.

There's just one minute remaining until
second lunch begins, and Christine
Y couldn't be more excited.

12:09 P.M.

It's lunch, arguably the best class
of the day. For some, it's the time

to do last minute homework
assignments, but for Meghan and

y Emily, it's time to eat!

1:32 P.M.

G Period at last! Garrett and
Mike make plans for after school,
y Just one more hour!

2:40 P.M. >

Heather and

Pat are on

the job,

selling candy

to make

money for

the senior

class.

3:39 P.M.

School is out, but the
day still isn't over for
^ Lindsey and Molly,
who are at rehearsal,
reclining in the plush-
polyester comfort of
Auditorium seating.

4:12 P.M.

-^ Some of the

senior girls gather

on the bleachers,

waiting for the

football game to

start.

5:23 P.M. A

After a long day at school, Joanna smiles

for the camera before heading home to

relax.

9:51 P.M.

-< It's not that late and hardly a-
typical for Amy to pull up the

AIM screen over Microsoft

Word. Better get to bed soon,

though; there will be another

ong school day tomorrow.

We do not believe in ourselves until
someone reveals that deep inside us is
valuable, worth listening to, worthy of
our trust, sacred to our touch. Once
we believe in ourselves we can risk
curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight
or any experience that reveals the
human spirit.

CAITLIN TIJLLY
2005

Caitlin,
You are our baby, our youngest one.
It's hard to believe that this time has come.
High School years are now over and your life has
only just begun. You have so much to offer; your
spirit, your laughter, your heart. Enjoy life and remember
that learning is always a part. Believe in yourself and
shoot for that star; with your family and friends beside you,
you will go far! We love you and are so proud of you!
Love, Dad and Mom

Catic,
The be.st thing about having a sister
is that 1 always have a friend. Chance made
us sisters, but choice made us friends. Whatever'
happens we have each other. Congratulations!
I love you! Good luck in college!
Love Krista XOXO

Wishing you the best toward your future. We arc so
proud of you Catie. Congratulations; Love Tricia and Andrea

when you need a hand. Congratulations! Love, Caroline

Catie, Follow your dreams. Believe in yourself. Good luck in all that you do. Love always, Joe and Lisa

Caitlin - Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risks. Aim for success, not perfection.
Visualize your dreams - see them, feel them, believe in them. I love you and am ver>' proud of you.

Much love, Karen.

Caitlin
"Dreams are defined by our hearts .... our future is designed by our dreams."
This day marks a great achievement for you, but it's only the beginning. Just follow your heart and
do your best, all the potential within you is sure to be realized and bring you happiness.
"Congratulations Catie, on your Graduation!"
With much love, Nancy, Billy, Danielle, & Rachel

Catie,
You don't need to look in the mirror, as you get older the more beautiful you get!

Good luck in college. Love, Mike

May you have enough happiness to keep you sweet
Enough trials to lieep you strong

Enough sorrow to keep you

Enough hope to keep you
